All Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express transactions are handled via banking arrangements with absolute discreet security. The founders of Suit Source USA have been in the apparel business since 1972. Their knowledge and contacts with the apparel industry have been utilized to bring you these savings.

Shipping

FREIGHT

We pay all regular freight via UPS Ground, within the 50 U.S. states. We pay 1/2 of the freight to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and the Virgin Islands.

FOREIGN ORDERS

We pay the first $5.00 on freight to foreign customers. We ship foreign orders via United States Post Office, Priority Express Mail, Priority Air, or Parcel Post Air Insured and Return Receipt Requested (if available through U.S. Postal Services). Duty and Customs are the responsibility of the foreign customer. Foreign customer will be notified by e-mail regarding freight cost before the order is shipped.

FASTER UPS DELIVERY BY 2ND DAY AIR, OR NEXT DAY AIR

If you prefer the faster delivery, you may request the items to be shipped by second day air, or next day air. We pay the first $5.00 and the balance is charged to customer at the following rate:

  • 2nd day air - 5% of total cost of goods to customer
  • Overnight - 10% of total cost of goods to customer

SHIPPING TIME

Orders are shipped straight from the factory. Shipping time by UPS is 2 to 5 working days. Foreign freight takes 1 to 2 weeks. We have shipped to a variety of foreign destinations. The cost of foreign freight is not prohibitive. We will notify you by e-mail regarding the cost of freight. Most orders can be shipped at once. Occasionally there is a back-order of 2 to 3 weeks, depending upon when the order is scheduled to come off the production line.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with merchandise ordered from us it is returnable for refund or exchange. We will provide a Return Authorization number (R/A #) which you will place on the return label addressed to the factory. The receiving clerk cannot accept a package without this number.

We will provide full information and instructions for packaging and returning the garment. The return shipment will be made via UPS in the same box received from the factory. UPS issues a tracking number by which the package can be followed and receipt confirmed. When the factory receives the package a refund will be issued to your charge card, and you will be notified by email.
